Our aim is to deliver extraordinary, creative and challenging workouts. OUR STUDIO

Located in Zurich Seefeld, ilu move offers a modern and light-flooded training facility for small-group Reformer Pilates classes as well as personal and duet trainings. We also offer pre- and postnatal Pilates in small groups or one-on-ones.

The studio features the newest balanced body allegro 2 pilates reformers in addition to comprehensive Pilates equipment. We offer changing rooms and a shower. You’ll find visitor parking spaces at the back of the studio (first-come-first-serve) as well as public parking spaces right in front of the studio. The next tram stop is about 50m away (Zürich Höschgasse).

TEACHING REFORMER PILATES GROUPS, PRIVATES AND DUETS

Pascale is passionate about supporting her clients to achieve their personal goals and to push them a little further. Expect her enthusiasm and positive vibes to be contagious and her classes to be energetic and challenging. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and walks of life.

Pascale discovered Pilates after an ankle injury that she obtained while horseback riding. Fascinated by the Pilates method and its positive effects on the body & mind in everyday's life, she left her career as a leading marketing professional in the cosmetics industry behind and in 2020 Pascale decided to pursue her dream of her own contemporary movement studio in Zurich and founded ilu move.

When she's not in the studio she loves spending time with her family and friends, going for hikes & runs with her Rhodesian Ridgeback, and being outside in nature with her horse.

TEACHING REFORMER PILATES GROUPS, PRIVATES AND DUETS

Dan loves helping and supporting his clients to achieve their personal fitness goals. With his fun, friendly and welcoming personality he will make you feel comfortable in his classes. Expect his workouts to be challenging and fun with an emphasis on strength.

Dan grew up in the US and specialises in strength training and goal-oriented fitness with a deep understanding of the science behind working out. He also has extensive experience in athletic reformer pilates, flexibility and mobility training.

When he is not in the studio, he likes to spend his time outside working out or taking part in competitive sports. Dan competed with the Swiss National Dragon boat team.

Paulina loves seeing her clients getting stronger, healthier and motivated through regular training. Expect her classes to be energetic and full of variety with an eye for details.

Paulina was born in Poland. Before moving to Switzerland she lived in the UK and Australia where she did her Pilates education. She is also a certified massage therapist and her teaching skills are influenced by her extensive knowledge about anatomy and the human body.

When she is not in the studio she likes to swim in the lake (even in winter), go for a coffee with friends or spend some quality time outside in nature.

TEACHING YOGA GROUPS, PRE-/POSTNATAL GROUPS AND PRIVATES

Nicole is particularly passionate about working with pre- and postnatal clients and showing them the positive effects of mindful exercising during this stage of life.

Her classes include alignment based elements to move skillfully with great attention and care.

Through the birth of her daughter Aya Lou, Nicole discovered the positive effects that yoga and Pilates had on her pregnancy and labour which intensified her interest of working with new moms and moms-to-be to support them through this unique phase of life. In addition to her pre- and postnatal yoga and Pilates training, she also finished several trainings with „BeBo Schweiz“ to become a certified teacher for pelvic floor as well as to broaden her knowledge on „Diastasis Rectus“.

Sylwia loves helping her clients incorporate more movement into their daily lives and improve their mind-body connection through Pilates. Expect her classes to be strength focused, uplifting and to leave you with a full body workout.

Sylwia is originally from Poland and left the world of corporate Finance to pursue her passion of working in the fitness industry and has never looked back. She strives to help clients achieve their personal goals and gain strength and particularly enjoys working with pre and postnatal clients.

Outside of the studio you can find Sylwia spending quality time her family and friends, listening to educational podcasts, hiking and meeting up with friends.
