A true sports enthusiast since childhood, Annic has always been drawn to physical challenges and activities that engage both body and mind.

Annic grew up in Visperterminen, a small mountain village in the canton of Valais. A few years after completing her studies at the University of Teacher Education (PH) in Lucerne, she moved to Zurich and is now working as a kindergarten teacher.

Annic discovered her passion for Reformer Pilates in Los Angeles (USA), where she temporarily lived with her husband and where she also completed her training as Reformer Pilates instructor.
