Reformer Pilates

Be ready for an athletic workout on the reformer full of creativity and add-ons! ilu BLAST is a full body workout with lots of variety that strengthens and sculpts your entire body. We'll be working out to energetic background music, and spicing up the workout with props such as hand weights and resistance bands. Let's discover the endless variety of moves on the reformer with some nice add-ons.

Ideal for those who want to experience a fancy reformer workout with music and props.

Reformer Pilates

Get your additional cardio boost! The jumpboard is a fantastic reformer add-on that brings additional cardio and plyometric benefits to your workout. If you’re looking for a class that gets your heart rate up, leaves your legs burning and tones your entire body then ilu JUMP is the class for you. Expect this workout to kick your ass and leave it strengthened. Jump, jump, jump!

Ideal for those looking for that extra cardio boost and love to jump on the reformer (not suitable when on the reformer for the first time or when pregnant).

ilu PRENATAL

Reformer Pilates or Yoga

ilu PRENATAL will let you “soon-to-be mama” connect with your body and baby. We'll be exercising mindfully and precisely to gain strength and obtain flexibility. Special attention will be given to the pelvic floor region to prepare you for labour, birth and for the time after. Expect this class to be extra safe, supportive and with lots of conscious breathing.

Suitable for soon-to-be mamas from their second trimester onwards. Our aim is to create a safe and effective exercise program. Please get your doctor's approval for exercising before coming to class.

Prenatal Reformer Pilates Tuesdays 7.30pm and Wednesdays 1.30pm

ilu POSTNATAL

Fusion between Pilates & Yoga - for Moms & Babies

ilu POSTNATAL is a unique class format and specifically designed for new moms. Pilates and yoga working in fusion, the emphasis will be on getting the connection back with your pelvic floor, checking and correcting diastasis recti regularly, gaining and improving core strength and stability while releasing tight muscles.

Offered in a closed class format (8 classes, fix dates, 1 class/week). Our aim is to create a safe and effective exercise program where we progress slowly by building up in every class.

Yoga

Our busy and stressful schedules deman for grounding and restorative time. A super accessible, gentle and two-folded Hatha yoga practice containing of slow asana flows, restorative elements and calming breath work as our arch for being balanced. Just the best of yin and yang combined in one class!

Ideal for those looking for a soulful yoga practice with the aim to move in a balanced and relaxing way. For all levels, working with props.

Barre

Athletic, energetic, rhythmic and fun! ilu Barre is an amazing full body workout which focuses on small pulsing movements with emphasis on core engagement, alignment and form. Expect this workout to be infused by functional moves, Pilates and Yoga. Slow and steady yet fast and powerful that's how we workout in our ilu BARRE classes.

Ideal for those who like to get the unique non traditional ilu Barre experience. Booty burner guaranteed!

ilu PRIVATES/DUETS

Pilates (whole studio equipment)

ilu PRIVATES & DUETS are uniquely tailored to your needs and goals. During these workouts we'll be using the whole studio equipment (Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, etc.). ilu PRIVATES & DUETS are ideal if you prefer a more tailored Pilates experience and more individual support. You will see rapid improvement in posture, strength, alignment and flexibility.

Duration is 55 minutes and classes are held individually by appointment.

This class is suitable for soon-to-be mamas from their second trimester onwards. Before coming to class please get in touch with your doctor/gynecologist to get the permission for exercising.

Fusion between Pilates & Yoga

Fusion between Pilates & Yoga
ilu POSTNATAL is a unique class format and specifically designed for new moms. Pilates & Yoga will work in fusion. Focus will be on Releasing, This class will be offered in a closed class format (8 classes, fix dates, 1 class per week). Reasoning: our aim is to create a safe and effective exercise program where we progress slowly by building up in every class as if doing the pregnancy yoga and pilates programs in reverse. The emphasis will be on getting the connection back with your pelvic floor, checking and correcting diastasis recti regularly, gaining and improving core strength and stability while releasing tight muscles.

This class is suitable for new mom's (8 weeks post natural childbirth and 10 weeks post C-Section). Please check with your doctor/gynecologist to get permission for exercising before coming to class.

During theses classes we will be using the whole Pilates studio equipment (Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, etc.). ilu PRIVATES or DUETS are ideal if you prefer a more tailored Pilates experience and more individual support in your Pilates workout. You will see a fast improvement in posture, strength, alignment, flexibility and much more.

You can either come alone for a private or bring a partner for a duet session.

Duration of the class is 55 minutes and classes are held individually by appointment.
