FAQs

I am new to Pilates – which class shall I book?

We recommend beginning with our ilu CLASSIC class to dive deep into technique and form. If the dates and times of this class do not suit you it is also possible to start with an ilu BLAST class. Please be aware that in this class the transition phase between the exercises is shorter wherefore we recommend starting with the ilu CLASSIC class.

How can I sign up for a group class?

Bookings are made through the Mindbody system. Create an account and book either through the app directly (download it in your app store) or through our website.

How can I sign up for a postnatal class?

Please contact us at info@ilumove.com or give us a call. Our postnatal classes are a closed class format which take place on 8 fix dates (1 class per week). During our postnatal work we discovered this class format to be the most efficient for postnatal clients.

We recommend comfortable clothing: pants without zipper or buttons, no shoes (as we workout barefoot or with non-slippery socks), comfortable top

When shall I arrive for class?

Group class: when visiting for the first time – we ask you to arrive at least 10 minutes before class (please refer to the actual Covid-19 protection plan for further details on when to arrive, etc.) to get familiar with the studio and the equipment.
Privates & Duets: when visiting for the first time – please arrive 10 minutes before class so that we can settle everything.

Where do I park?

There are 2 visitor parking spots at the back of the studio (first come first serve). Just in front of the studio you will find public parking spaces (white ones) and a lot of blue zone parking spaces just around the corner. Parking garage Feldegg is just a 2-minute walk away from our studio.

What is the closest tram stop?

Höschgasse is the closest one and is approximately 50m away from our studio.

What if I need to cancel?

Group classes can be cancelled through Mindbody. For Privates and Duets please get in touch with your coach directly.
Our group classes have a 10-hour cancellation policy. Private and Duet classes have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel after this time (late cancel or no show) you will be charged for the full class (if you are using a class pack a class will be deducted from your remaining classes in your class pack) according to our cancellation policy which you can find in our Terms & Conditions.

What does waitlist mean?

Once a class is full you have the chance to sign-up for the waitlist. If a spot opens up you will get a notification (make sure that you have not unsubscribed from notification as this is how the system contacts you) and you’ll be automatically added to class (the first one signing up on the waiting list is the first one to get the free spot in class and so on….). You will only be automatically added to class from the waitlist when the timeframe is within the cancellation policy (10-hour cancellation policy for group classes) so that you still have the chance to cancel your booking without any extra costs. If a spot opens up less than 10 hours prior to class you will simply get an email informing you about this free spot. If you decide to take it you have to actively book into the class (the faster the better).

What happens if I am late for a group class?

Please note that we cannot allow you into class after the class has started more than 10 minutes as this would be past the warm-up and thus unsafe for your body. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I attend a class when I am pregnant?

We ask you to get your doctor’s approval before coming to class. Because we take the wellbeing of our clients and loved ones at heart get in touch with us before booking so that we can find the best suitable class format for you. Depending on you and your pregnancy some classes may not be suitable anymore. When pregnant ilu JUMP should definitely not be booked anymore.
We offer special prenatal classes. Contact us at info@ilumove.com or simply give us a call for more information.

Can I pause a #5 or 10# class pass?
